basket blanket and a sweater

bought this pattern from Herschnners. the pattern was simple but very time consuming(longer than I like) I love the finished product but I try to do as many blankets as I can for my charity and this one took me 3 days where most patterns only take me a 1.5 days. it also took a whole pound of love to make. I didn't really care for the yarn that came in the kit so substituted it.
