newborn blankets

here are 3 more newborn blankets I have finished recently. Now that I am finished with Christmas blankets I hope to make several more newborn ones. Also have made a few sweaters

4 Christmas blankets

sorry I do not have more to show. These are the 4 blankets I made for the emergency drive for one of our hospitals. I have had a very busy last 2 weeks. I finished 2 large blankets. One full size afghan for my sons fiancee and 1 twin size afghan for her daughter. Pluse I have spent the last 4 days moving my mom to an asst. living facility. I will try and take pics of the large afgans before I wrap them up. If I have time. :-))

A couple of things

Found this Christmas dress in my tote, made the little hat with the curly Q's. time comsuming but cute. Want to try it again to see if it goes faster. the pattern was written in hdc & I hate hdc so I made it in sc........

Last of the Christmas outfits

this is the last of the Christmas outfits I made for the preemies. thats it for this year, except we are trying to get 40 Christmas blankets by Dec 11 th for one of the hospitals we donate to. If anyone could send just one blanket it would be greatly appreciated. 20 x20 is the smallest. Our group came up a little short.

here are 3 more newborn blankets I have finshed, working on finishing 2 more but I need to put some finishing touches on some of the Christmas items I have made for the wee ones.

4 newborn blankets finished

I have been trying to get some newborn blankets made up asa the cold weather is here and they are going to be in high demand. Last year in January one of our hospitals needed them and we had nothing to give. I don't want that to happen again so am working hard on getting some made :-))

another newborn blanket finished

this is made from I love this yarn colors Ameythest and I think it was called sugarplum, I threw the wrapper away. I love the color!!!

Little girl set

my mother is in a nursing home and one of the physical therapists is going to have a little girl in Jan. so mom asked me to make her a baby set. I made this and also put a cream sleeper with pink trim with it.

Christmas sweater & hat

finished this set today for a little one for Christmas. Grumpy never smiles lol

this is the new yarn I got at Hobby Lobby a couple weeks ago. It is 'I love this yarn" the yarn is very soft & easy to work with. they have it in several different colors!!! I definitely want some more!!

I found this yarn in my stash and wanted to try it. I think it is some I bought from Ebay several years ago. it is called "Ormo Baby" Don't know if you can tell but it is baby blue with like a royal blue splotches in it. very soft yarn.
