newborn blanket

this blanket is made with Redheart super saver in Aruba sea and I must say that all the years I have been crocheting this was the roughest yarn I have ever used. I was never so glad to get it finished and I will not be using what is left of the skein!! thank Goodness the vinegar softened it up!!

    I was just thinking this morning that ss is much more coarse than it used to be. I like caron in the pound size. Oh, the blanket is pretty. Love the traditional baby colors.
