2 more sweaters finished for our newborn sweater drive. I have several more but just have not had time to sew on the buttons. hopefully soon :-)

4 more July 4th blankets!!

trying to get some more blankets done as I am afraid we are going to run short of the 120 needed. So working hard on them :-) these are the latest 4.

found this pretty color in my cabinet, so made a sweater set. Of course "Grumpy" is never happy. lol Now onto something else,

I found this very pretty yarn Saturday at Hobby lobby. It was on clearance . It is by "Stella". anyway don't know if you can see it but it has a sparkle in it and I thought it would make a pretty sweater(and it did) but it was a bear to work with, It did not flow on your hook like it should . So happy I only bought 2 skeins.I would not use it again. It is acrylic and it looks thin but I started the sweater with and E hook and it was coming out huge so dropped to a C hook so it would fit a newborn.
